Refund Policy

Quick Pin Limited sells digital service codes delivered via email, typically within 1–3 minutes of payment. Due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows.

Refund Eligibility

  • Code not delivered within 1 hour: Full refund.
  • Code is invalid or does not work: Replacement or full refund.
  • Code successfully redeemed by customer: No refund.
  • Region-locked code cannot be redeemed: No refund (verify region before purchase).
  • Duplicate purchase: Full refund (report within 24 hours).
  • Change of mind (code not yet viewed): Conditional, within 7 days, subject to verification.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via Telegram customer support with your order number, email address, and reason. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method in HKD.

Change of Mind — Conditions

A change-of-mind refund requires: request within 7 days, code not redeemed on the platform, code not shared with third parties. We use multiple evidence sources (email delivery confirmation, platform redemption check, time elapsed) to determine eligibility. If evidence is inconclusive, we give the benefit of the doubt for requests within 48 hours.

Proof of Delivery

We maintain delivery records including email timestamps, code delivery confirmation, IP address, and 3D Secure records. These are retained for 7 years and may be used as evidence in disputes.

Korean Consumer Protection

Korean customers may exercise withdrawal within 7 days if the code has not been viewed or redeemed, pursuant to Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
