Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the conditions and procedures for the online digital point sales service provided by QuickPin (hereinafter "Company").

Article 2 (Products & Payment)

1. Products sold through this service are digital service codes (software access keys). These codes are digital goods and do not constitute stored value, e-money, or any form of monetary instrument.

2. Payment is processed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar). KRW amounts are for reference only. The Company does not provide currency exchange services.

3. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Article 3 (Code Issuance & Lookup)

1. Codes are issued immediately after payment and sent to the registered email.

2. Code lookup has a limited number of attempts. Please check your email if exceeded.

Article 4 (Refund Policy)

1. Before code lookup: Full refund available within 24 hours of payment.

2. After code lookup: No refund once the code has been viewed.

3. Refund requests are processed through Telegram customer support.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
