1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services operated by Quick Pin Limited ("QuickPin", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.

2. Products & Payment

Products sold through this service are digital service codes (activation codes for third-party platforms such as Steam, Google Play, Apple, Netflix, Amazon, and Razer Gold). These codes are digital goods and do not constitute stored value, e-money, or any form of monetary instrument.

All payments are processed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar) via our certified payment processor. KRW amounts are for reference only. We do not provide currency exchange services. 3D Secure authentication is required for all transactions.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate if your card is denominated in a different currency.

3. Region Restrictions

Digital service codes may be region-locked by the platform operator. It is your responsibility to verify region compatibility before purchasing. QuickPin is not responsible for codes that cannot be redeemed due to regional restrictions.

4. Delivery

All products are delivered digitally via email. Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 minutes from payment confirmation (up to 5 minutes in rare cases).

If you do not receive your code within 1 hour, please contact us for a full refund or redelivery.

5. Refund Policy

• Code not delivered within 1 hour: Full refund.
• Code is invalid or does not work: Replacement or full refund.
• Code has been viewed or redeemed: No refund.
• Region-locked code: No refund (please verify region before purchase).
• Duplicate purchase: Full refund (report within 24 hours).

6. Digital Code Viewing Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the digital service code will be delivered immediately via email. Once the code is sent to your email, it is considered delivered. Once viewed or redeemed, the right of cancellation is limited.

7. Korean Consumer Protection

Korean customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 7 days of purchase, provided the code has not been viewed, revealed, or redeemed, pursuant to Article 17(2) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use our services for illegal purposes, purchase codes with stolen payment methods, resell codes (strictly prohibited), use automated scripts, or provide false information. We reserve the right to cancel orders and suspend accounts.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for changes to terms or availability on third-party platforms, issues with code redemption caused by platform operators, or regional restrictions on code usage.

We shall not be liable for failures caused by force majeure events including platform outages, supplier disruptions, natural disasters, or government actions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
